TIER 01

Home

For homeowners and home offices who want networking that just works — fast Wi-Fi in every room, a secured perimeter, and your smart devices kept off the same network as your laptops. You end up with a documented setup and 30 days of support to make sure it stays that way.

STARTING AT
$1,500
design + install
+ equipment at cost + flat sourcing fee

Every line item, explained.

Whole-home mesh / Wi-Fi (2–3 access points)

Coverage in every room, not just near the router — no more standing in the hallway for a signal.

Managed switch for wired rooms

Wired ports for TVs, consoles and desktops that shouldn't have to compete with Wi-Fi for bandwidth.

Secure router & firewall

The front door to your network, locked down and configured — not left on factory defaults.

Smart-home / IoT VLAN separation

Your cameras and smart plugs can't see your laptops, even if one of them gets compromised.

Cloud backup + documentation

Your files are recoverable if a drive fails, and you have a written record of how everything's set up.

01

02

04
You get full documentation, credentials and 30 days of support.

Questions about this tier.

Does the price cover everything, or is that just labor?

That's the design and install labor. Hardware — access points, switch, router — is billed separately at cost plus a flat sourcing fee, and you see the itemized list before we order anything.

How long does a home install take?

Most homes go from discovery call to handoff in one to two weeks, including the time to source hardware. You get a firm date once the design is scoped.

What's not included at this tier?

This tier doesn't include a server, business-grade failover, or an ongoing support contract. If you need one of those, Essentials or an add-on retainer is a better fit.

Not sure which tier fits?

A short call is usually enough to tell you which tier fits your setup and what it will cost.
