Template — review with legal counsel before launch.
Nexus Infrastructure Solutions (“Nexus”, “we”, “us”) operates this website to describe our infrastructure design and installation services and to let prospective clients get in touch. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use this website, we may collect:
- Contact form information — name, company, email address, phone number, and the message you submit when you request a consult or ask a question.
- Scheduling information — if you book a call through our scheduler, we receive your name, email, and the details you provide for that booking.
- Usage data — pages visited, referring pages, device and browser type, and general interaction data collected automatically through analytics.
We do not knowingly collect payment card information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Respond to consult requests and questions submitted through the contact form.
- Schedule and prepare for calls you book with us.
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share contact-form submissions with third parties except the service providers described below, who process it on our behalf.
Analytics & cookies
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, how people navigate between them, and which actions (like submitting the contact form) are completed. PostHog may set cookies or use similar local storage in your browser to distinguish visitors and remember basic session information. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally unless you've submitted the contact form.
If we run paid advertising in the future (for example, Google Ads or Meta Ads), those platforms may place their own cookies or pixels to measure ad performance and build audiences for retargeting. We will update this policy before any such tracking goes live, and where required by law we will present a cookie consent notice.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking cookies may limit some site functionality but will not prevent you from contacting us.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and respond to inquiries:
- PostHog — product analytics, to understand site usage as described above.
- Resend — email delivery, used to send contact-form notifications and reply to your inquiries.
- Calendly(or equivalent scheduler) — to let you book a consult call directly; scheduling data is handled under that provider's own privacy policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — the site is hosted on third-party infrastructure that processes standard web traffic logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve pages and maintain security.
Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us and is bound by their own privacy and security practices.
Your choices
You can:
- Decline to submit the contact form or scheduler if you'd rather reach us by phone or email.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records — typically no more than a few years, unless a longer period is needed for legal or accounting purposes. Aggregate analytics data may be retained longer since it is not tied to your identity.
