Remote Deployment & Provisioning
For anywhere outside our on-site service area, worldwide — we source the equipment, configure it to spec, and ship it ready to rack. Every shipment includes an installation documentation packet, a 60-minute install kickoff call, and 30 days of remote setup support. Want hands on site? Add on-site technician installation.

What’s in the box

60-minute install kickoff call included

Hardware ships worldwide and cloud provisioning is available anywhere; on-site labor stays within the Cincinnati tri-state.
Built for sites we’ll never visit.
Multi-site businesses
Branch offices, clinics, retail locations — identical kits staged once, shipped everywhere, documented the same way at every site.
Offices with no IT staff
The docs assume competent hands, not network engineers. Your office manager racks it; we stay on the line while it comes up.
MSPs and IT consultancies
Use us as your staging bench. Your spec or ours, your client stays yours — see the promise below.
Anyone far from Cincinnati
The install kit travels; the engineering doesn't have to. Anywhere a carrier delivers, we can put a working network in a crate.
For MSPs: a deployment bench, not a competitor
Send the spec or send the crate. We configure, burn in, label, document, pack and ship your client kits — white-label if you want — so your techs stay on the queue instead of the packing table.
We don't sell managed services, help desk, or per-seat contracts, and we don't market to your clients. Your client stays yours.
Hardware at cost. One flat fee. That's the whole model.
When we source the equipment, you pay what we paid — itemized, receipts visible — plus a single flat sourcing fee you see before we order anything. There is no percentage markup on hardware, ever.
- Vendor-neutral: we shop your spec, not a sales quota
- Every device burned in on the bench before it ships
- Labeled at the port level, with a wiring map in the crate
- Configs exported and handed over — you own the documentation
Lead times are set by vendors and carriers, so we quote real dates at the spec call instead of promising speed we don't control. Staging time on our bench is ours, and we commit to it in writing.
- Who installs it when it arrives?
- Whoever you have: an office manager, your electrician, an MSP tech. The install packet is written for competent hands, not network engineers, and the included kickoff call walks your person through bring-up live.
- What if a device arrives dead?
- Every device is configured and burned in on our bench before packing, so dead-on-arrival surprises are rare. If a unit does die in transit, we coordinate the vendor replacement and re-stage it before it ships again.
- Do you mark up the hardware?
- No. Equipment is billed at what we paid, itemized, plus one flat sourcing fee quoted up front. If you'd rather buy the hardware yourself and ship it to us for staging, that works too.
- Where do you ship?
- Anywhere a carrier delivers — the offering is worldwide. On-site technician labor stays within the Cincinnati tri-state; everything else travels.
- What does it cost?
- Projects are quoted from three visible parts: design and staging labor, hardware at cost, and the flat sourcing fee. A short spec call gets you a real number — that's the free consult.
